Can you support with art working on my project?
Yes, we have internal and external creatives that can work on your brief.
Can you support with Computer Aided Design (CAD) designs for my project?
Yes, we have a team of CAD engineers on site that can work with you on your brief to produce your perfect project.
What are your minimum order quantities (MOQ)?
Ultimately the larger number the lower the ‘per unit’ cost is. We would recommend looking at volumes between 1000 to 5000 units.
Can you produce samples of my product?
Yes, however, at this point there would be a charge depending on whether we are producing a white or fully printed sample.
How would payments work?
We would look to take a 50% deposit upon receipt of the purchase order and the balance would be due before despatch of your order.
Where is your factory, is it all based in the UK?
Yes, our factory is in Ferndown, Dorset. We carry out all the design, manufacturing, and printing here in the UK giving your project an extremely low carbon footprint.
What options do you have for distribution?
We have an internal Fulfilment team, so we either supply your stock direct to you, your customers or even hold within our Fulfilment department to be called on as and when needed.
What is your lead time?
This will very much depend on the complexity of the product, however once design is signed off production and packing is normally complete within 2-4 weeks.
